Dwayne is the Internal Services and Contracts Manager for the Company, and play's an active role in the determination and delivery of operational strategies and associated business plans. Dwayne is responsible for developing and delivering strategies to optimise cost and quality in key infrastructure workstreams and projects, including accommodation, IT/IM, Facility Management, Health and Safety, along with internal and external contractual delivery.
Dwayne provides the Chief Executive and Directors with practical advice and information on contractual and infrastructure issues and any associated risks which flow from the consideration of strategic options. Maintains relationships with tenants and providers on operational matters, ensuring the Company’s operational profile is cost effective and long and short-term requirements are properly matched to the Company’s strategy. Dwayne also provides day to day management for contracts and infrastructure (as defined) matters across the organisation and help strengthen their contribution to the Company’s activities.
Dwayne is also the Company’s Data Protection Officer (DPO).
