Post-Workout Advice:

Of course, as with any work-out, nutrition and hydration plays a huge part in the effectiveness of any exercise regime. To get the best results from this plan, we recommend a glass of milk and a mince pie.

Did you know?

- Santa will be delivering presents to more than 1.6 billion children? That means visiting approximately 5,556 homes each second!  That’s close to 150 billion calories in milk and mince pies! Not to mention costing Saint Nick around £280 billion!

- The wrapping paper used would stretch 1.5 million miles and prior to the big night, Santa needs to store all these presents in a warehouse that would need to cover as much space as 240,000 double-decker buses!
