Gym Ball Jack-Knife

1. Begin on your knees with your feet on a gym ball and palms on the floor, shoulder width apart

2. Push up off your knees so you are in a plank position on the gym ball

3. Keep your hands still, pull the gym ball with your feet, bending at the knees to tuck them under your chest

4. Push the gym ball back out until your knees are straight

5. Repeat
