Sheila Childerhouse has a breadth of experience within the public, voluntary and community sector. She brings an extensive network in the Health Service and has served for various local and regional Health bodies since 1984 in non-executive and chair roles.

She is a qualified coach and specialises in leadership, organisational development and facilitation, training individuals and organisations. 

Sheila  is married to a Norfolk farmer, currently volunteers for Community Outreach at Anglia Care Trust and is Chair of the Charles Burrell Steam Museum. Five granddaughters, dogs, gardening, walking,  cooking  and the garden keep her busy!
