Sue brings a wealth of experience from previous roles in the NHS, local and central government, and the charity sector. She first became involved in Allied Health Professionals Suffolk as the NHS Commissioner working with Joanna Douglas under the ‘Right to Request’ when the then in-house community service applied to set itself up as an independent social enterprise. After some years away from the business of AHPS, Sue was pleased to be able to return in 2018 to contribute to the company in a non-executive director capacity.
As a non-executive director, Sue’s role is to ensure the company delivers safe, effective, efficient high-quality services to its patients and stays true to its values as a social enterprise.
