Shoulder Strength and Mobility Class

There are a number of reasons why we get pain in our shoulders and these sessions will help to explain why and what can be done to reduce and prevent pain.

We will teach you about the structure of the shoulder and why it is so important to keep them mobile and strong. There will be instruction on exercises that can be completed at home as well as in the gym using lots of equipment, or none. All abilities will be taken into account and supported. These sessions also cover some pain management techniques and lifestyle modifications that can used preventatively and calm things down.

You can work through the sessions at your own pace and we will be there to support you through any of the more complex parts and answer your questions.
