Romanian Dead Lifts


Start by standing with legs hip width apart

Keep legs straight with knees “soft” and keep core engaged throughout

Lean/hinge forward from hips keeping spine straight and pushing bottom outwards

Lift weight back to starting position by using lower/mid back and drive hips/bottom forward

Aim to repeat for 2 minutes
