Aim to repeat for 2 minutes
Walk in a straight line with small steps, trying to touch your heel to the opposite foots toes as you step (or close as possible)
Have a surface nearby to hold onto if needed

3. Single Leg Extension
4. Hip Abductions
5. High Knees
6. Heel to Toe Walk
7. Calf Raises
