Wall Squats

Method

Use exercise ball if possible, if you do not have one refer to the beginner or advanced options

Place ball on wall

Lean back onto the ball with the small of your back

Squat into seated position (only as far as comfortable)

Keep bottom tucked back

Aim to repeat for 2 minutes
