Knee Rolls

Method

Start with knees bent and together with feet touching. Roll both knees to one side allowing your hips to slide round with them. Stop when you reach a comfortable stretch or the bed/floor. Make sure to keep both shoulder blades still and in contact with the bed/floor. Return to the middle and pause before repeating the other side.
